    • Realisation of project schedule, according to project indications and needs, through the use of Primavera P6 Software. Management and update of the schedule in the execution phase.
  • Cost Control Area
    • Technical and economic analysis of contracts, cost analysis for Construction and Engineering activities.
  • Document Controller
    • Project documentation management.
  • SAP Area
    • Creation in SAP of all the documents required by the customer. Issue of reports focused on costs, purchases and contracts.
  • Construction Area
    • Management of executive project and activity coordination. Multidisciplinary interface with planning department.
